Children's Time Cooperative Preschool

Children's Time Preschool is a private, non-profit and cooperative preschool in Columbia, Maryland which is owned and operated by parents. We hold a certificate of approval from the Maryland State Department of Education for non-public schools. Our school is administered by an elected Executive Board of parents in cooperation with teachers, aides and parent committees. Parents are actively involved in all phases of the operation of the school which includes assisting in the classroom (co-oping).

At Children's Time, our goal is to promote social, emotional, and educational growth for each child. We offer a stimulating curriculum that balances play with structured activities. Teachers and parents work closely together to ensure a positive first school experience.
